The National Association of Realtors recently settled (Moehrl v. National Association of Realtors) which prevents all Seller Agents from posting the Available Buyer Agent’s Commission on the MLS. This likely affects New Builds that are listed on the MLS. Buying Agents work hard trying to meet their client’s needs. Therefore limit distractions in servicing clients by determining which Builders appreciate and acknowledge all the work, effort and guidance provided by a Buyer’s Agent by viewing Builder’s offered commissions below.
