The National Association of Realtors recently settled (Moehrl v. National Association of Realtors) which prevents Seller Agents from posting the Available Buyer Agent’s Commission on the MLS. In order to assist Realtors in representing their clients this free tool is now available.

Seller Agents:

1. Simply insert the MLS Number, County & Available Commission.

2. Buyer Agents can now access and view the Available Commission.

Buyer Agents:

1. Go below and enter the desired MLS Number in the search bar.

2. View the Available Commission.
